WARNING: SE are banning people automatically now for movement altering offences. The exact circumstances necessary can probably be avoided, but I still advise considerable caution.

The exe file is compressed by a packer that's why some anti-virus programs might think it's virus or malware etc.

If you get a "couldn't zone" error, you will be banned.

If you have crossed a zone faster than natural *ALWAYS* relog befor zoning.

If that's the case then every speed hack = get people banned.

I've only ever used a speed hack in a zone where I fished up moat carp, to get to the zone from the tele crystal. I invised & sneaked my self, turned on hyper speed, and got there pretty fast. that was about 2 years ago and I'm still here. You'd be stupid to zone while using a speed hack lolz

Well, back in the day I used speed hacks a huge amount, including in some really dubious areas (sky entrance, and BCNM type battles), and pretty much ignored the zoning error, and nothing came of it.

Times have changed, however. Every flee / pos hack can get people banned, and if they're used by someone who isn't reasonably experienced with them, they may well do so. Throwaway account (+ CC), and know what you're doing => fine, but beyond that...

It works. I've used it. I have got the zoning error 3 times and nothing of it. I've even zoned on a choco going at like 10x what I was suppose to and nothing happened. If they were watching me, they would have caught me, but I think it works fine. I've been POSing just to get past paying the airship.... I haven't done it MOSTLY anywhere else because I don't want to get banned, but as long as you don't do it in a highly populated area, I'm sure you will be fine.
