Ok so I know how to easily beat a dark jedi with a medic. You will need to have some basic skill as a medic and don't be a scrub with you action.

Pick up traumatize and thyroid rupture in your expertise. Fire traumatize and thyroid rupture ASAP once the battle startes and basically just use low level vital strikes. Heal when you have it and make sure you are kiting him. Keep thyroid rupture on him and drain action when you can and you should be fine. Least this works for me!

It's general knowledge for any medic want to kill someone really.
