World transfer issue... : FFXI General Discussions

Well I world transfer 1 of 2 character i meant to transfer... They said they will transfer my other character but I need either my old old old playonline registration code... Or a previous credit card... Only problem is my aunt has the credit card and now shes passed away... What do I do... I've tried calling MANY times and they all say they can't help... What do I do?
