No cool-down glitch : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

hey guys i knew about this for a while but it totally slipped ma mind lol but if you know your abbilities pretty well and your not a clicker if you go into screenshot mode( think its like ctrl+alt+H) and you activate an abbility youll notice that you can activate that abbility as many times as you want =P try it out and give meh feed back

Nay does not work, abilities don't fire.

Nay - specials don't fire while in screen shot mode (HUD off).

even tried to macro a special (/ui action toolbarSlotXX) - started macro and switched the HUD off. Specials stopped immediately.

thats...odd...i tried this ealier on my dark jedi and hit this guy up with force lighting prolly 7 times and i use it in dueling all the time *sigh* altho sadly my account was deactivated today and i dont have the money on me so ill try and make a trial account and make a video and post it here

This kinda worked for me on light jedi......i was hitting strikes on a lair but it did no damage....but my attacks did not go on cool but they appeared to attack on my screen

Maybe there's something else we need to do/try?

i know on my light jedi it did no damage i was hitting him with shockwave i think and it wasnt doing any damage but when i did it with force lighting ( i think it was tier 3) it actually did damage altho to everyone else your just standing there and i also noticed that it never actually kills your opponet =P i dueled a friend of mine a while back when i first found out about this and when i went back into my hud to look at his health and it was down to below 10% and I told him not to heal and i shocked him about another 5 times and his health was bare but it never killed/incapped him so i dunno is it just for certain abbilities maybe? thats why it didnt work for others? so far i only have 2 people ive done this on i did it on my officer with the crippling vortex and decap ( officer spec) and on my dark jedi with force lighting ( once again i THINK it was tier 3 altho im not sure)
