1.) Everything is Case sensitive..

2.) The Wait command is nessary between action commands to work properly

OK here goes.
Macro Name
Assist

/assist
/party Assisting
/wait 1
/attack
/wait 2
/party Attacking

Basically the way this works is...
1.) assist command select's target he is currently engaged with..

2.) /party Assisting tells the party you are "Assisting Player"

3.) Wait 1 second... THIS IS A MUST or you will recieve errors..

4.) /attack will attack current target., SEE step 1

5.) This wait is optional

6.) /party Attacking lets the party know who you are attacking...

the assist command sucks !@#$%^&*. i used to have a macro for that and you'd have to hit it a million times before it would target the monster.

use /target <bt> instead. <bt> is the tag used for the monster which your party has claimed. I have no idea what happens when you're party has multiple targets claimed tho....

does anyone know if there is a key to cylce through nearby npcs?

if i am in a pt i use

/target <bt> (if not in pt erase this line)
/follow <t>
/attack <t>

i am playing a monk/war and its very easy, all i do is boost

/ja boost me
/wait 15
/ja boost me
/wait 15
/ja boost me
/p boost ready in 15 seconds or usually i just /tell myself boost ready

then hit attack macro

happy hunting!!

The /echo command is great for this. Try replacing this line with "/echo Boost ready in 15 seconds!" or something similar. There's no need for your party to know when your Job Abilities are ready for use again (with a few minor exceptions, like Provoke)
