EverQuest 2 EQ2 - Repeatable Quest

You can do this solo or wile in a group, mentored or not. If anything having a group makes it faster.

In Sinking Sands there is some new quests for the D.I.R.T.Y. Engineers. One in particular is a repeatable quest that gives excellent exp. To get to the quest you must complete 4 or 5 other quests. Finish the quests in the camp that is located near SS docks (up the climbable wall). One of the quests given there will have you go to the Dig Site. While in the dig site complete the quest that asks you to located hidden artifacts.

Now that you have completed the pre reqs for getting the repeatable quest talk to Researcher Aillena (she is in a small tent to the north of the Digmaster). She gives 3 repeatable quests, the one that is good for ext is the third selection (Dig Site Security is the quest you are looking for.). You have to kill 6 nagga. The easiest place to kill them is located near Aillena. Look for a stone medallion in the shape of a key hole (they are spaced out along the ridge of the basin the digsite is in). As you approach the medallion the nagga will spawn. Kill it then move back slightly and then forward again. The next nagga will spawn. Kill 6 and repeat. It took about 1 min for my group to complete the quest.

At level 76-78 I was getting about .8% per quest completion. I was also mentoring a level 49-60. We spent about 5 to 6 hours doing this quest or completed the quest 300 times. The level 49-50 dinged 49-50 during the 5 hours we did this quest. I myself dinged 2 full levels in the 5 hours while mentored. The quests and the mobs will be the same level you are. You don’t get any AA points doing the same quest over and over but you do get exp at a very steady rate. Once you get the hang of how the spawn the mob you can completely control one of the medallions. It doesn’t look like there is a limit to how many time you can complete the quest. I have done it over 300 times.

A hell of a lot faster than grinding quests in RoK!!

KNock the dust off the robots where you do the dirt money in sinking sands at the top of the hill and repeat this 4 times and you gea a 10% xp buff that stays with you whereever you do and you can eve die and as long as you got the time left on the buff your good to go reapeat as neede only will work after the buff is gone all the way otherwise it wont let you hit the bots Very Happy
