HELP ME !!! : RYL Discussion

why everytime i tried to register ryl account, the webpage says "Server maintenance. please try again later".
and, i'm not sure about this, but, i think maybe i had succeeded creating an account for ryl 2. But when i tried to login, the login screen said, "server error". what the heck does that mean ?
server down or my account was not created ?

-help me pleaseee
