Once you gain access to aurilia, then you start the second part:

Do the pre req for the ISD up untill you get the control box.
Delete the control box and repeat the quest, atleast 2 lvls a run.

I'm kinda confused here... What exactly do you do that grants you XP for the ISD thing?

Do the pre quests for the ISD. When you get the key to go up to the ISD, delete it and it should allow you to repeat the quest.

this doesn't work or he may need to provide more details, I started the isd quest, i finished it, (must have to because its only way to get the quest xp, then deleted the flight recorder, cannot redo quest.
