Yes

For all pages you need to kill any humanoids in angmar and misty mountains from level 37+ mobs. In your Deed log you you will notice the page names. The top 4 pages only from from Angmar and the bottom only drop from the Misty Mountains.

The best place(Faster re spawns) Biter Stair in the misty mountains. This can be found very north east of the map. It is the patch leading up to helegrod.

In angmar you have lots of choices. i would recommend finding a crowded camp and just keep grinding the camp down.

Good luck as these pages can be a bit of a pain to farm.

In MM I always liked the goblins better, there are a few quests for killing them as well if doing your pages "at level" but actually on my eighth and nineth guys I did a rotation bitter stair, goblins and dwarves just to break the boredom...

In angmar I liked two places the fort right at the beginning of the marsh area, and anorther fort past the morroval "den" that has only iron crown guys who count for a deed, so I usually "killed two birds with one stone" always had all 4 pages before completing deed......

and of course without having the proper book, no pages will drop other than the one set that is buy able at the ah, but hunter pages usually cost more...as its the first or second most played class.....

edit-> so buy the three books (otherwise no pages drop) at the ah then grind the pages .... save any other page/book drops to sell at ah to cover book costs, or trade with friends/kin mates for pages you need...

Ya i agree the hunter books and pages can be rather costly as it is the most played class.

yep but remember no books means no pages (the one set of the three being the exception) so pretty much everyone buys the books or trades kinnies for them and then grinds the page drops

with SoM they totally changed the level 45 legendary books system

you buy all books from your trainer

pages drop from level 39 or above humanoid-ish mobs ie: evil dwarves, goblins, trolls, brigands, etc

the pages drop in MM, Angmar, Eregion, and Forochel mostkly have seen some in Moria as well

There is a big stink at the main lotro forums about the pages being bind on acquire now decreasing ability to trade for ones you need, but with the added areas (used to be only MM and Angmar for the then unbuyable books, pages)

The hunter books, as well as ALL class books are no longer a problem to get as you can buy them from your class trainer now for about 190 silver. Then all you need to do is go grind the pages.
