Woodworking Guild Point Items List! : FFXI General Discussions

Hey if anyone knows where I can find a list of items that are asked to be crafted for guild points and how many guild points their worth can you please post the link.

Lifetime membership for anybody that puts one together and posts it!

Why reinvent the wheel when it's well laid out at the site I linked? Besides if I copied and pasted that info its called plaigarism.

I agree, but then again, I could write down the words to the pledge of allegiance and not be liable for plagarism.

Personally, I think we should get this kind of information here at xu in these open/general public forums/pages for people to see and use. Otherwise, people wont come here anyway for information if it is elsewhere.

I think XU needs a good influx of people that want to help the gaming community in general.

I want to know how many guild points you get for each item you hand in for the contract system. You know the ones you redeem for exclusive items.

Example:

You have 48 points...

...Todays item is Ash Clogs you can get 1560 points for this item.

Then you hand it in and notice you only get 39 points per pair and need 3 stacks to max out 1560 points. (at $2000 per synth this is expensive).

So I wanna know ahead of time how much each item is worth in points, what the total points available for said item are and if possible (don't know if anyone has found a pattern yet) what days the item is asked for on (so I don't have to check the guild everyday).

The point system is pretty complex and hard/impossible? to predict what the next item will be.
Todays recipt is based on a rotation of Recipt Rank and a specific Pattern table
I'm using a JP site and someday I may translate it but try using http://babel.altavista.com/ and see if you get a clue.

therandom, the table I mentioned above lists Ash Clogs as 31/item (HQ 39) and max 1520.
You said 39/item and max 1560.
If you are correct the item values were changed again with this latest patch so may take few tdays for that page to update all the points.

umm, wyvern. is it really worth a lifetime membership to only translate that site?

Also I said 39 because I made an HQ on the only one I handed it and thats how many points I got for them.

I am actually attempting 2 put 2gether a list but here are a couple things I thought might help for now....

1st off there is a way 2 find out how many points an item is worth b4 turning it in but u have 2 have the item .... Points are determined by the price you would get for selling to an npc. I am not sure about the fame difference but i tested this and proven it in sandy where i have max (or near max) fame. So u can go to a merchant and find the selling price (but not sell it of course) to find out the point value.

2nd thing I am not positive about but i read somewhere that it rotates through ranks .... example. If u are lvl 60 then the item will be a rank 1 (1-10 skill) item then a rank 2 and so on til it reaches your rank then it repeats. I am not sure about pattern yet (not attempting to translate another site) but hopin i may come up with it while working on the list of values. When finished i will post it if someone else hasnt beat me to it.

lol basicly like everyone else i am tired of heading over to the guild 2 find out its an item that isnt worth the trouble.
