Harvesting level for Nektolos : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I was hoping that someone would be able to enlighten me as to the required level to be able to harvest in Nektolos. I am currently maxed out on all harvesting skills at 80 - 81 & could not harvest there.

Please & thank you to anyone who can help me with this.
