EQ2 Exploits: Super Jump : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

What you need is the Gnomish Spring boots which are aquired through one of the KOS collection quests (unfortunately I can't remember which) and a pair of Spring Loaded Gnomish Stillts. (A tinker can make these).

1. Equip the Gnomish Spring Boots
2. Activate the Gnomish Spring Boots
3. Put on the Spring Loaded Gnomish Stillts

This will make you jump really high and float back down. If you cancel the Gnomish Spring Boot effect you can move around but you will fall back down.

Not really that usefull but fun for jumping up onto rooftops lol

Worked for me. The differnce between this and the nerfed one is the stilts.

Not totally useless. I have been playing around with it, and also thought of some uses:

1. Jumping over the closed bridge doors in TS (granted theres a griffon now)
2. Used it to jump up and select mobs for targeting, then pulling with long range hex dolls.
3. Useful in Deathfist Citadel, makes it quicker to get to different areas quickly.

Not sure of others, as these are some I've come across. The stilts alone help climb the chains for the Hoo'luk quest.

this also works if a ornate chest gets stuck somewhere unreachable

Sadly this has been nerfed Verifed the nerfage 2 days ago. Now when you equip the stilts you stop the spring jumping but the effect remains so you need to cancel it.

It was fun while it lasted!

Can another premium member confirm this to be nerfed as well.
