Q? What kind of materials we looking at to make these? Flakes and/or other odd drops? Guild bits?

A-> Standard weekly guild recipe mats. Flake, large supreme emblem, and profession specific resources (ore, wood, hide, etc.)

thanks! btw lols better gear than rad set way to go turbine lol, but no rad so not for instances xD
