This works great for doing shulgoth runs in a group.
Say you have a group of 5 guys, and run in and kill shulgoth and want to come back quickly and kill him again... have one of the party memebers leave the group (he'll be automatically portaled to the station). that memeber then runs back into the map (which has now completely respawned) uses sprint to quickly find and run ito shulgoths portal. then all the group has to do is invite him back in and everyone portals to him. this takes under 2-3 minutes. you can do like 20+ shulgoth runs in an hour

this actually works great with farming abby, because you can prd inside the tower of london, so you can re-farm abby about 3 times a minute.
