My girlfriend lives in Philladelpha and I in Vegas so I can't help her in person at the moment. T__T
Does anyone out there know at all how to fix this slanted screen problem? It happens on the patch and beginning game screens. I figured it was some bug so I had her uninstall all unused programs on her computer, run her scans twice and re-download the game. It still didn't fix the issue.
We are willing to go step by step with instructions on fixing thsi probelm. Becuase when I downloaded it, nothing of this sort happened. X__X
Anyways, thanks for any help. The sooner the better. Thank you~

Have you tried updating your graphics card?

My graphics card is fine.
Its meh gf that problem isn't.
I shall ask.
Also, if not. How do you do so?
And thanks so much for the help. ;_;
*insert time lapse here*
She says she doesn't know.
I take that as a no.
How can she be sure she is up to date?

Have her find out what type of graphics card she has. She can do that by right clicking on the desktop, then selecting properties. Then under there go to her display adapter. Then have her find out what type of video card she has. After that have her go to the manufactures site and download the update for the correct drivers.

You can go update the drivers if there isn't anything wrong with the graphics card. Also, try clicking "Auto Config" if your monitor does have that option. If that still doesn't work, then fix the resolution or window mode.
