Dex : reduce CAST TIME which means..higher dex = wiz cast spell much more faster~

Vit : to tank .. AD?..wat lai de?..can eat?..in WOE ad dmg is reduce greatly so nonid to fear it..got asump kao tim..if no asump..get cloak rosary + hiding rosary
