You may think Im crazy, but with this stats + Trip Crit and 2 Kobolds you will get 75% Crit Rate, thats enough for lvling. Now for WoE if you use Infiltrator, get less Agi and put some more Luk / Dex. 9k HP with Peco ^^.

"WHAT THE !@#$%^&*?!" Thats a common agi build, but with more Dex and no Int for Auto Blitz, so you can get more Vit ^^, It works fine for lvling, on WoE just spam DS X_X. 6k HP (no Peco)

This Build is most suitable with PVM b/c you can steal more items than it usualy drops. Rogues in this build have High attack and High chance to get something extra from monsters. Working well on lvling.

Let's start with the equipments: (the followings are just my opinions, its totally your choice to use whatever u have)

Equipments:

Upper Head: +7 or higher headgears of Greed [Cramp Card - Every time a monster is killed, you have a chance of receiving a set amount of Zeny. +3 STR if equipped in combination with Tarou card.] ^^ Noone would ignor extra zeny.

Middle Head: Angel/Demon Ear or Black Blinker.

Lower Head: Romantic leaf/flower or toast

Body:+7 or higher chainmails w/Status Cards
- Dark Frame (Stone Curse)
- Demon Pungus (Sleep)
- Majoruros (Stun)
- Wraith Dead (Curse - A Red Grimreaper appear on you, reduce atk and movements)
~I choose Chainmail over thief cloth due to its limitation class and lower defense~

Weapon: +7 Fortune Sword(+20 Luck flee), and 4 elemental Damascus.
Fire - Clocks, Orcs, Hodes..
Wind - Seals, Otters, Biblian Dungeon...
Ice - Magma Dungeon, Grand pecos...
Earth - Pretty much useless...

Shield: +7 or higher bucklers w/ Reduce dmg "race" cards
Thara Frog - Demi-human(High orcs, Raydrics, PVP) "Cranial"
Orc Warrior - Brutal(Seals, Otters) "Brutal"
Khalitzburg - Demon 9Raydirc Archer, Niflheim.....) "From Hell"
Penomena - Formless (Clocks, Alarms, Stings)"Fortified"
Bigfoot - Insect (Argiopes, Ancient Worms, Creamy Fear)"of Gargantua"

Manteau:
+7 or higher Mocking [Whisper Card - +20 flee] or Immune [Raydric - -20% neutral elemental Dmg]. Most prefer +9 Ninetails Manteau/Muffler

Shoes: +7 or higher Green [Matyr] Boots or +9 Strong [Antique Firelock] Shoe/boots

Accessorys:
lvl<90 Teleport Clip/yoyo Clip/Safety Ring
lvl>=90 Teleport Ring (1str) w/Double-force ring(Compound with Cramp Card +6 Str total) or use Brooch of Flash and Ring of Muscle(w/o Cramp Card)...

~Having the full Thief set works also really well.~

1) +highly recommended+ X-mas Factory lvl 2, Teleport right when you see Stormy Knight. *Reasons: While getting massive exp, you will get CRAZY LOOTS like a Cake = 1.2k, Pearl =3k, OBB = Test your luck, Myst Case card give random chance of getting Gife Box*
2) Kobalds -> Buckler[1] and Card

-lvl 50 - 60

1)Bibilan dungeon lvl 4, Marc/Hydra/Phen cards worth millions in the server, so making money while lvling, good choice
2)Stay in X-mas Facotry lvl 2 until 70. Until then i think a Myst Case = 0.5%
3)Argiopes = Boots[1]

-lvl 60 - 70
1)Clock Towel lvl 2 w/Punk and Clocks (Avoid Elders)

- lvl 80+
High orcs in Clocktowel underground - *kill Archer first*
Raydrics/Archers -> Great exp/Great Loot
Seals/Otters - Way too crowed (not a good choice)
Beholders -> Great, little amount of them, lvling w/ patience
