Super build for any char : RO Submissions

works on all the chars that use shields
requirements:
4 slots everything 2 slots shield server
A server that has reflect
refinement is +30 and above
max out level
reach maximum HP with tao gunka or something like that
2 Orc Lord cards
2 tao gunka cards
1 valkyrie manteau or valkyrie set
4 sniper cards(sniper boss in lhz) or 4 hunter fly cards
4 noxious cards(-10% from ranged attacks) garment
1 horn cads(-35% from ranged attacks) shield
5 alligator cards(-5% from ranged attacks) accessory

the ultimate build is max out the refinement of the valkyrie manteau then put in the 4 noxious cards then put in your armor 2 tao gunka cards and the 2 orc lord cards put in your accessory the 5 alligator cards and put the 2 horn cards on your shield then put the sniper cards on your weapon
*sniper card( 5% chance to get 20% of attack dealt on enemy)

thats the ultimate build
here is why if you put all together the anti-range cards its equivalent to 100% that means all long range attacks are nullified ex. soul destroyer double strafe or just the normal attack of snipers then there is no choice but to get close and attack you with melee attacks but you have the reflect from the orc lord cards and the valkyrie manteau
*2 orc lords cards(60% reflect)+valkyrie manteu (35%++ reflect) = 95%
when the people who want to attack you attack with melee atacks they get 95% of there damage back to them and even though you are reflecting you still take damage this is where the sniper cards come in it heals you there is a 20% chance that you heal the damage the enemy has dealt on you because you are reflecting and the reflected damage on the enemy is damage dealt on enemy and that means that you are being healed when you are reflecting

only white smiths can kill this build because of cart revolution cannot be reflected that is all
