WoW Manager, or something along the lines? : Request A Guide

I was just wondering, if maybe it was possible to make a WoW manager-- Like, open the program, you can see a list of your accounts and servers, and move your characters in between accounts and servers, maybe even restoring some deleted characters? I have a bunch of trial accounts, so I thought maybe I could move all my almost unused alts to WoW 6-8 on Gnomeregon and Balnazzar or something... Afterall, such things are possible, just not accessible to the general public without a fee. And maybe a bit more conveniant?

Well i dont think you can move trial accounts to start. Also you need to pay for the moving as well which sucks. So i dont think its possible for live servers.
