RFO Utilities 2.1.4 : RFO Submissions

This is a Utilities prog., his function is mainly to let u use several clients in same computer , patch the client to stop updates, etc...

its very good

tested and working

Advise:

backup the RFO.exe and bin files before u use it, we never know.

Nay. exe file does not work on my comp, access violation at blah blah blah address. After working around this error, the file just has a critical error and closes.
