What are the different exploits associated with quests?

so far i found 2.
1) the first one is pretty generic, as it applies to ALL quests that involve GATHERING items.
2) the second one applies to quest that involve GATHERING items AND can be repeated.

How do we know a gather quest is exploitable?

such quest can only be exploited IF THE QUEST ITEMS CAN BE DROPPED or EXCHANGED. read carefully that. it only works in those cases.

Can you explain the first exploit for those quests?

the most common thing you can do with such quest is to save the quest items and sell them back later. lets see how its done.
- hunt the monsters and grab the quests items.
- when you have all the quest items, dont go to the NPC to get reward yet.
- store your quests items at your storekeeper.
- go take your reward.
- the items are still in your store, and you can sell them back later.
example of such quest: first earth taoist quest (gather 15 taoist charms).

Can you explain the second exploit for those quests?

this exploit allows you to save quests items and sell them back later. and also to complete right away a repeatable gather quest. lets see how its done:
- hunt the monsters and grab the quests items.
- when you have all the quest items, dont go to the NPC to get reward yet.
- store your quests items at your storekeeper.
- go take your reward, and trigger the quest for the second time.
- go back to the storekeeper and get all your quest items.
- in your inventory, separate the quest item stack in 2. ie 199 items in first stack and 1 in other, if your quests items are 200.
- go in a secluded area, and drop your 1 quest item.
- immediately get it back. you should get notice you complete the quest for second time!
- go deposit your quest items at storekeeper.
- go take your reward, and if applicable, trigger the quest a third time (then just repeat the same process above).
- once you cant repeat the quest anymore and youre done, you can sell back the quest items.

example of such quest: gun powder bombs quest (gather 200 bombs).

Level 38 - 20 red shells (not repeatable)
