So I have been busy getting the forums back in shape. Sorry Tault_Admin, you have been slacking. Forum permissions all wonky.. yea you heard me.. WONKY!
At any rate. you should now start seeing the hidden submissions forums where people have been posting their ideas, guides, cheats, bots, programs, and such. The wow guides has been really busy this past week. Keep it up guys.
Remember that you earn TU Bucks with every post. These can be claimed for prizes, premium membership, contests, avatars, bolding text, etc., and so much more. Keep racking up those TU Bucks!
We are also going to start using our +Rep. Instead of voting /yay or /nay we are slowly moving towards using the +rep to decide if a post is premium worthy or should go in the general forum. After a week or two with no reps, sorry.. its going public... and the crowds to WILD!!!!
Keep sending me those messages on things you like or dislike about the forum. I am here to put a kick in the but here at TU and want it to rise in the ranks.. so this is your ONLY stop for anything mmorpg guides, mmorpg cheats, and mmorpg bots related. So BRING IT!

The user submission sections should be hidden from anyone that isn't Prem or above.
No need to give free people a chance to grab something working.

That's a hack to the forums. Most likely the last time it was updated, the code was changed. AFAIK this isn't phpBB3, so finding someone who knows the hack, is dwindling. I am not even sure if I could find the guy who used to do mine, when I ran phpBB2. It's all about user and forum permissions.
However, you should understand that they want to make the site more like OC, in that it's free and open to all who want to use it, and all rep based. There are inherent problems with that model however, but this is part of what Aether is doing - on purpose.
