XUnleashed 3.0 RC6 Patched to Live : Site News

We have patched the 3.0 RC6 Beta to the live server for a 24 hour test. If the patch works well with the new server code, RC7 will replace the 2.x client and it will be retired.

New in this patch:


--Modified the Windowing code for FFXi. FFXi can now be moved to a real window.
--Tweaked the server and connection codes. Should no longer have keys getting stuck.

--Added some script functions:

--XUScriptHost.PlayMCISoundFile(ByVal filename As String) 'Plays a loaded sound file.
--XUScriptHost.PauseMCISoundFile(ByVal filename As String) ' Pauses a playing sound file.
--XUScriptHost.StopMCISoundFile(ByVal filename As String) ' Stops playing a sound file.

Small patch bug, had to restart the server again.

Should be up now.
