To get the fastest 1000 win icon for team (and you can do it for each type including random to get the Predator icon) is fairly straight forward in 4v4s simply join a game and leave at the start. If they win the game you get a win. So the process here is to join and leave as many games as possible and by process of elimination you will win around 1 out of 3 of those games. Your record at first will bottom out at bronze. Then you will hit rank 1 bronze just for the sheer ammount of points you accumulate (and you lose the least amount of points in bronze compared to the rest of the leagues through diamond). Then you will rank up to Platinum as you approach 1.5k games so if the colour of your rank worries you do not panic as this exploit will be beneficial in the end. Of course once you unlock the icons you can play legitimately until you hit diamond so your profile reflects your godlike finesse.

Now obviously your not playing the game so you can get the icon for each race. Now this has the highest win % in 4s as you will have more team mates to subdivide micro and macro, plus they will more likely rush and get you faster wins.

Over 3370 games played 1270 won. Just over 33% winrate.

I will post a guide on how to get this for solo next. This is of course assuming you don't care about a winrate less then 50%.
