Ok this one is even better than following a droid around because it can be done completely for free and infinitely or at least until you hit an invisible wall at the edge of a planet.

Ok so how is this done? Simple:

1) Open your abilities menu and go to the Macro tab.
2) Choose a name (I chose forage)
3) Choose Icon
4) Type the following in the text area (actually best to copy and paste):

/forage;
/pause 1.5;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;

/pause 1;
/stand;

/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/prone;
/pause 1;
/stand;
/pause 1;
/macro forage;

------------------------------------------------
Now best way to keep this running is go to the very edge of a flat planet or scope out a nice clear path (I may come back and add this later on with waypoints). Then activate the macro. You will continue in a straight line foraging about every 20-30 seconds till you hit the edge of the server. I am currently running this with 2 accounts and have no problems whatsoever. Try it if you like. It's completely legal because it's using the games commands to move you along. It's not your fault you move a few feet every /prone and /stand.

Ok I don't know how yours actually picks anything up because mine will occasionally say I'm too close to the last session. I will test your shorter one, but I really don't think you'll end up far enough away that this will make it any faster.

Also an update:

I went to Dathomir to do this just last night when I said I would most likely come up with a good place to go from one border to another. Well here is that information because it's good.

7279, -7110 Dathomir far to the south is an excellent spot to do this. I randomly picked a spot on the map and headed to it. It was late and I was tired so I didn't go all the way to the south east border, you can if you like but it won't make much difference. Face East when you get there and activate the macro. Zoom all the way in on your character to make it like First-Person still facing east. This will prevent you from facing other directions when you go down hills or through ditches. Because the area that I have just named is nothing but mountains, but the great thing about it is that there are no players and no creatures or NPCs around. Try it out.

Ok I can confirm it, l33tplayer's macro is faster, but it will say you're too close to the last session more often. You choose which way you want to do it I guess.

Well it's random. Best I really get is about 1 or 2 an hour, but it's not every hour. I actually just run this overnight and wake up on two accounts with almost 20 total. So that's most likely what they're doing.

On a second note: Admin?
Was it I that was supposed to get the 500? Cause I don't see it.

This is interesting. I saw someone doing it before on Bloodfin and was wondering what on earth they were doing. This only works if the lair spawns directly in front of you correct?

No no, this has nothing to do with any lairs. It flat out moves you when you prone and stand over and over. Hey do you remember the name of the character you saw on Bloodfin? Lol, it was probably me.
