I there anyway to have more then 2 toons on a galaxie without starting another account? i have thought about this for awile. I have a 90 jedi and master trader and would like to add a BH please someone tell me if it is possible.

Nope, only two toons per galaxy/server. The only exception are elder jedi, who got an extra slot when they unlocked pre NGE.
