I have a current tailor, lvl 90. I know how to make a triple 35 shirt/gloves but I have seen shirts and gloves have a 4th stat. I've seen many of them with this new chapter.
Does anyone know how you can make the 4th stat?

I haven't heard anything about a 4th stat being added. You must be thinking of existing modded clothing from Pre-NGE that when the NGE hit came with a mod and a socket therefore allowing 4 maybe 5 actual mods. But the older mods I believe don't actually do anything.

I've got some gloves on my spy which have 35 prec luck and str and 17 camo, these gloves just had camo on them but still had a socket, but they was from pre-nge, thats the only way i know of, as other 4 stat clothes/armor will/must be looted, unless someone has found something "new" out :O

Got a really nasty old BE shirt with a socket, still unsure what to put in it thou..
Got stuff like bleed defence, melee defence, block ect, think out of the 6 "stats" on it, only 1 or 2 aint working now... rest are clear..
Actually considering auctioning it off... should be worth a few mill..
