Hit F12 to stop a macro from playing/recording.
You can also bring up the macro window and hit the Stop button

In case you were referring to the SWG macroing engine, the command you use is /dump to break out of a macro loop.

Okay- Here's how you do it. When you make a macro you have to give it a name- No spaces.
TO RUN A MACRO - Type "Macro WHATEVER"
(Whatever is of course, the name of your macro)
TO STOP A MACRO - Type "/dump"
That's about it. Goodluck and stuff.[:-alien]
