The mouse moves now but extremely slow. I can't even double click on anything cause it is moving so slow. I have tried turning the random delay on and off and back on again and still no good. Tried rebooting computer for a second try and still same results mouse movement is really extremely slow.

I noticed this too, but it was directly related to how much graphics were being drawn. When I was crafting inside my house in one of the side rooms, mouse movement was smooth and double clicking worked. When I was outside (with all the flora and fauna moving around), I couldn't even RECORD mouse movement and clicks, never mind playback! Double-clicking wouldn't register, or if it did there was a 5-15 second delay between the action and the response.
