That's a nice little trick. It saves you about 30 seconds.

The old command still works at open chat: /unstick
This happened to me yesterday, i was in a player city and the buildings werent loading up as fast as i was travelling thru them, so i got STUCK under a guild hall ramp, and no matter what i did i couldnt get out, even multiple vehicles, ALT key this n that.
Only thing that worked was /unstick command
You'll see a message at the top of ur screen saying UNSTICK in progress.
then it takes a few min and i was placed in the middle of the building, underneath, then quickly walked out.

The problem is /unstick still takes 30 seconds. This 'trick' is not intended to help you get unstuck, it's to save you from waiting the 30 seconds where you're stuck in the air after you pack up a house. I say yay and move to confirmed.

Didn't see anyone post it, but you can also have a vehicle parked right outside the front door...once house is destroyed...hop on your bike..much easier/quicker. Can I have some brownie points! =)

Works well. Unstick usually takes longer than it takes for you to warp back down anyways. SO yay
