SWG Tricks - Take 100k Units Out Of A Harvesters Hopper : Star Wars Galaxies Guides

Ok, a nice little trick I stumbled across yesterday. Not an exploit, but helpful for a trader.

We all know that elite harvesters might collect lots of resources when placed at a good spawn. If you want to empty your hopper, you are limited to stacks of 100k units (usually ). Let's say your harvester already collected ~350k units, so you have to empty the hopper 4 times.

Wouldn't it be nice, to collect all the units in one single step?

here's the solution: Simply add to the default "100000" in the "retrieve ressources" window one more "0" at the end, so the value reads "1000000". Do not try the slider - it's limited to 100k max. But with adding a higher number than 100k in the window, you will be able to retrieve all resource units at once.


Just to clarify: The trick won't let you get more resources than your harvester has collected already, it only saves you some time while retrieving large quantities out of the hopper.
