I found a pretty good group healing macro, thought ide post it, it may be of some help to you guys. Its old so you man need to replace some of the commands with the new ones but it should still help.

Hints for Healing in Group Battle

1.A. Intro
2.A. Healing Macro
2.B. Healing Macro Code
3.A. Finding the guy in need of a heal
3.B. Follow button code
4.A. Helping in the battle
4.B. Assist button
5.A. Conclusion

1.A. Well I am a macro person and use them very extensively. So I have made up a healing toolbar that I use just for when I am on a hunt. This toolbar has all my basic commands, like sit, stand, my special weapon attacks, and so on. I am going to focus on just a few macros and how I use them during a group battle. I wrote this guide for the medics out there grinding their way up to an elite profession and those who picked up medic as a secondary or back up skill. Many things will change, as you become more advanced than just what the basic medic profession offers you.

2.A. Well the first problem I ran into was watching and keeping up on heals for when the timer would let me heal again. So first off I made a healing macro that loops. So I just target a player in need of a heal, hit the macro and it will continue to heal them till you change your target or you stop the macro. I can heal every 9 seconds, but that time will change depending on what level you are in diagnostics. Well here is the code for my looping healing macro:

2.B. /healdamage; /pause 9; /ui action toolbarSlot10;

I placed this macro on the F11 slot on my tool bar. If you want to stop this loop you can type /dump. For more info on macros check out my guide: Macros Made Easy. It was suggested to me that you also make a macro for healing your self /healself. You can't heal others if you are dead. I also set up a looping macro for wound healing with a 31-second pause for when I am in a camp or medcenter. I have a backpack that I keep all my medical supplies in. When I need to heal, I put the stims that I need into my inventory. So when I hit /healdamage the stims in the inventory get used. When I am on a hunt I move all my best stims into my inventory, while I am in the cantina grinding for exp I move all my crappy stims into my inventory.

3.A. Well the second big problem I ran into was finding the guy who is in need of the heal. I don't have any ranged healing and the hunting party doesn't come to me when they need a heal. So I set up a macro with the /follow command so I can get to them easy.

3.B. /follow

I have yet to find a good way of targeting my group members easily. So I stretch out the group bar and leave my mouse unlocked (hit alt once so mouselook is off). If there are more group members than I can see with a fully stretched bar I try to keep the bar over the ones whom need healing the most often. If you have that many in a group you should have at least 2 healers to cover them all anyway. It is possible to use (Ctrl + # of group member) to target group members, but that only works for 10 group members. Plus you have to remember what position is what number, I miss allot doing it this way. So now when you see someone in need of healing, Click their name press your /follow macro and hit your healing macro if you don't have it running already. Then you will run right too then with out having to search for them. This works well when you're all stopped fighting. If you're running and attacking this system doesn't work very well.

4.A. Now if you want to take part in the fighting you should pick someone you can trust a bit. Don't pick someone who shoots at anything that moves. Pick someone who only attacks targets with the group. Also note that if you're in combat and you try to heal as the same time they can interfere with each other. Now when you see this player start attacking, target them and hit your /assist button. Then you will start attacking what ever he is. The target your attacking is going to be different from whom your healing, so continue doing your heals and you will keep shooting till your target is dead. Doing all these tasks makes this process very tricky to do all at once, at least for me. You should also make a /peace button incase you start getting the agro, we would hate to see the medic go down.

4.B. /assist

5.A. Now I made a macro /dump to stop my looping macros, mostly I use it for when there are no heals needed. I also made a /stopfollow button for when I am not running from player to player healing. As you become a Doctor or a Combat Medic you gain other abilities in the way of healing, but as a novice medic I found this to be an effective way of lending an hand on heals and getting some nice medic exp on a hunt. This system isn't perfect, it can be a pain when you need to heal someone quick and your macros timer is between heals. I guess these macros got me past the stage of fumbling around trying to get heals off as fast as I could while worrying about finding all the different people In need of a heal. Hope this helps some medics out there. Please post suggestions, comments, and typos below. I will fix and add to this as needed.
