i got emailed some guides and exploits so i will post them here!
BH GUIDE
1) Weapons
The most efficient weapon to Bounty Hunting, is the jedi's worst
nightmare... a Guardian Lightning Cannon (GLC). This is an Energy rifle,
which has 993 DPS (The New PostNGE) and an elemental damage of 155
Electricity damage. A Bounty Hunter should always carry a melee weapon on
them since the bounty may be a jedi and can use saber block. my
recommended weapon is "Xandank Lance".
2) Buffs
The next step for becoming a victorious Bounty Hunter is the buffs. You
can use any buffs of your choice. When looking for buffs, you'll want to
look for buffs that increase constitution and stamina the most.
Constitution increases your health points, and Stamina increases the speed
of health and action regeneration. Those 2 factors are very important on
the field. Make sure you use as much buffs as you can that you get from
quest rewards. As a quest reaward buff, you want to look for a buff that
lasts long and doesnt have a re-use timer of more than 30 minutes. As for
food buffs, Constitution and Stamina are very important. You will want to
look for a buff with Constitution and Stamina at or above 15. The next
type of buff is a spice. In buying
spices, the best buff out there today is called "Booster Blue". It may be
expensive depending on your server, but worth it. After you have all these
buffs, your set to go to battle.
3) Armor
Armor in Bounty Hunting is very important. There are 2 different methods
of using armor. The first method is to simply get armor with the Kinetic
and Energy stats the same. My Stormtrooper armor is 6k Kinetic and 6K
Energy. You can get the same for Rebel armor. Just simply equip that type
of armor and always use it. The second method I use is a risk factor of
losing. You can contact your local ArmorSmith and ask for 2 sets of armor.
One set with the stats 8k Kinetic, and the other set with 8K Energy. This
is more expensive but it works well, although it is very risky since the
lower side of the armor is all the way down to 3k.
4) Preparation
Before entering battle, if you are using the 2 sets of armor method, you
have to see what your bounty is equipped with as a weapon. If its a
lightsaber, lightsabers are energy, so you would equip your 8K Energy
armor. The risk factor with this is that if they change to a kinetic
weapon you are dead since your armor is 3K kinetic. You also CANNOT change
armor in battle. Now it is time to start.
5) Combat and Skills
The first attack you'll want to surprise your bounty. The most efficient
way for this is to shoot them when their back is turned to you. Then after
the first 3 shots, run up to them and use Razor Net, since they will turn
around to attack you, if you run to them and use Razor Net, you will now
be on the other side of your bounty. Now your bounty is confused. now your
bounty is in your trap, and you are shooting at them. Now, when you have a
snare on the bounty, you will want to use Unyeilding Onslaught and Scorch.
When the snare is finished, use Cripple as a secondary snare. If the
bounty is a jedi and uses saber block, you will want to use melee on them.
When in melee combat, you will want to use Razor Net while hitting your
target. Now repeat over and over until the bounty is dead and you have
completed the mission.
Now, if the bounty runs, dont fire. Instead, wait until you are out of
combat and then get on your speeder, but follow him whilst not shooting.
Chase him on your speeder, until you catch up. Then get off the speeder
and attack using the same snare method as above. Repeat until your mission
is successful. My personal toolbar is as follows: Rejuvinate, Scorch,
Unyeilding Onslaught, Cripple, Lowblow, Razor Net, Web Bomb, Stims,
Grenades, Xandank Lance, Guardiang Lightning Cannon, Ion Stunner.

Nay
This would be an nice guide before chapter 6
Few phrases of mistakes i c in this guide not mentioning them all though
1. "A Bounty Hunter should always carry a melee weapon on
them since the bounty may be a jedi and can use saber block"
WRONG saberblock also blocks kinetic damage and melee now.
2. "When looking for buffs, you'll want to
look for buffs that increase constitution and stamina the most"
WRONG since chapter 6 these 2 are maybe the most worthless buff items u wanna look for pre/str/luck or if more defence style BH pre/str/agi these are ur friend nowadays
3. the specials mentioned arent correct anymore
