This is a good all around macro. You may want to change some of the /says and pauses. I use this on Ahazi with my Doctor

Also, the Action buff has been broken for a while now I think, so you may want to take that out and save 6 seconds.

I find the best place to buff is in Kaddara for all the Bounty Hunters. Tips are usually between 2k-20k. You can make some good cash if you're afk for extended periods of time
