If you buy a Military Outpost from a Event Promoter when you go to place the deed it places it on top of you and you are now safe from enemy fire but YOU can still attack. The deed costs like 20,000 and lasts either 8 or 16 hours straight.

You can only place them out in the wild, not near dungeons, cities or gcw zones right? Possibly good for grinding.

Might work against ranged mobs, but melee mobs can definately still hit you.
