Ideal group consists of,

3 Commando
2 Medic
1 Jedi
1 Officer
1 Smuggler

Part 1, Open Hand of Hate

First, you'll start off by picking off his minions one by one while the Jedi tanks the Open Hand of Hate, and basically runs him around the room, watch out for the green stuff that hits the ground, it'll take you out quick.

Once the minions are down, everyone can focus on the Open Hand of Hate, WATCH YOUR DE-BUFF BAR, if you get the de-buff that looks similar to the "Position Secured" buff that is givin to group members STOP ATTACKING! If you attack, he shares the pain with your group, and you'll successfully kill your own group. This is the most important part.

Keep that in mind, and he's down fast.

Part 2, Minder of Weak Wills

Have the Jedi tank the minder, you'll want to take down Mother Luresh first, ignore all of the silver elites that spawn during this time, just have all of your AoE professions keep laying them down, they'll die pretty quick. One Mother Luresh is dead, take out the Vin'reth, then the Minder of Weak Wills, this is the most simple fight of the instance.

Part 3, Caretaker of Lost Souls

Once your entire group is in the room, go stand at the Executioners general location, pull out ALL pets you have have, Familiars, Droidekas, etc etc as they'll give him an extra target to attack, this will help your group not wipe.

Have your tank hit the Caretaker once to begin this part.

Don't stand on the center platform, it will spell instant death.

Once you hit him, Calming Infuluence, Pain Bringer, and Tomb Guardian will spawn. The best order to take them out in is TCP from my findings.

Once they're all dead, stand on the Executioner, he'll spawn you HAVE to kill him before he get's to the prisioner, or you'll have to restart this part. If you have a Smuggler, the instant he spawns you will need him to hit Pistol Whip, it's very, very useful for this part. Once the Executioner is down, TCP will spawn again, and so will a Caretaker, kill the Caretaker and TCP again, rinse and repeat.

Once 4 Caretakers are dead, the green gas will spawn, this is where it starts to get tricky.

Have one of your Medics be the pointman, once the 4th Caretaker goes down, have everyone rally on him, you'll be running in circles around the center platform hitting the Caretaker of Lost Souls until he's dead.

You can also have the Caretaker of Lost Souls dead before the 3rd spawn of the Executioner if you have 3-4 Commandos in your group, when they can, have them stack DoTs on the Caretaker of Lost Souls.

Part 4, The Clenched Fist of Hate

Have the Jedi tank, let him hit the CFoH a few times to get secure agro, have him run across the bridge and back over and over keeping agro on him to take him out, CFoH lets out a huge cone attack, so make sure everyone but the Jedi is behind CFoH. Have one Medic focusing on healing, the other one taking off the debuffs from the group, and hitting CFoH with Rhematic Calamity over and over until he's dead.

If you get caught on fire, run away from the group and keep running, standing still will land you a trip to the cloner/rez.

Part 5, Lingering Harmony (Melee Only), Promised Vengance (Ranged Only), Unquenchable Wrath (Ranged Only), Embraced Chaos (Melee Only)

One Commando on Lingering, One Jedi on Embraced on opposite sides of the room, once they get a green/yellow particle effect above their head(s), they'll switch off, don't chase after them, just attack the other one as it comes to you, rinse and repeat.

One person (usually Commando or Medic) will all Elementals will tank Unquenchable Wrath, make sure each elemental is on your toolbar ready to be switched out, Wrath will only be vulnerable to one element at a time, and if you attack with the wrong element, he'll instant death blow you, and wipe the group.

Commando on Promised Vengance, hit him with all you got.

Part 6, Exar Kun Word Bearer

After all four of the previous mobs are down, this guy will spawn, he's got some hard hitting AoEs, so make sure you have a Commando/Jedi tanking him, but he's one of the easiest parts of the instance, he goes down fairly easy. The green stuff will start spawning again in this area, so make sure you don't stand still too long.

Part 7, Massassi Blade and Exar Kun

In the beginning of this, have the Jedi take Kun and pull him to one side of the room and tank him, everyone else on the Blade, after that's down, everyone on Kun. This is a fairly easy part as well. Just watch out for the green stuff yet again in this part.
