Just curious : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but when I got back into game I was grinding an alt to 90, and I was in a group going to do the arena in kashyyyk for the kkwoirr. At first I saved him because my main toon slayed him then, we do it again because a person bugged it and made the npcs show outside of the arena instead of entering. So this time (after doing one quest being the arena savior) I chose to kill him (which starts the exemplar part of the game) now I've done this before but then the outcast recruiter speaks to me (instead of the chief who just ignores me) and it starts me on the main quest for the exemplar. So I finish the blood hunter part then I start with the exemplar and it surely worked for me. I can screenshot my badges as proof but not sure how to send it on forums. And not sure if this is common knowledge but if it is then sorry I had no idea heh.
