Haven't been on since before the bug bash so I'm hoping it didn't get fixed.
Create this macro:
name: prone
/prone
/pause .5
/macro prone
Now pull your vehicle out, and while the macro is running /stand and click your vehicle repeatedly (to make it easier you could put a /stand macro on your toolbar or just bind it to a key). It takes a few tries to do but eventually you should just go back into prone position and have the buff.
