ok when you go to the san sii spawn ground go up to the pillars. DO NOT GO INSIDE THE PILLARS. pull his guards out of the inside with a gun. standing out side of the pillars makes san sii spawn in 30minutes NO LONGER. i have so many cloaks i give em away. this is an easy way to make 10-15 mil pretty fast too.
