Being as this is really really old and extremely common knowledge, I say nay.

You forgot to add that now, even after the NGE, speed hacks in SWG are pointless. The ONLY benefit to speed hacking is that you can run across planets really fast. Other than that, it does not help in combat because the server just assumes you are lagging really badly. Most of the time you will warp around and not be able to shoot at a target since you now must aim at what you shoot. Again, even if you do find a plausible way to use it in combat, you will most likely get banned from SWG.
