They can be used to buy items for the festival. Like a poster, bats/spiders, pumpkins, storyteller tokens, etc...

Likes like this is fixed it now gives you a system message and wont let you use a projector at all once you get the debuff

someone is more than likely paying for these sites and blabbing it to the devs it seems exploits don't last for more than a week now and then secret stealthed nerfed this is getting ridiculous . I would recommend to start locking or blocking more of these threads.

I'm guessing it's probably actual SOE employees with accounts paid for by SOE as an intelligence program to destroy any chance of long-term fun in the game. We find a way to make our own fun and SOE decides to take it out. Yeah there are people that shouldn't be allowed to make their own content like this, ie: the exploted weapons PVP'ers, but for the most part, we're just trying to put a reason to play back into the game.
