Im guessing that when you cloak (as a jedi) you get snared so befor you cloak use your force run and it should cancle that snare. Have fun.
:Edit Yea I diddnt test it because I dont have a jedi toon but a friend did it and it was kinda funny so I figured I'd share it with you guys. As for the animation I diddnt see it but I will try to confirm it.

Yay. Doesn't sound like you actually tested this but you are correct, Activating Force Run before you cloak will allow you to run at force run or near force run speeds. There is one problem though...I believe the force run animation can be seen through the cloak...so this is not useful to escape from pvp...

yep...confirmed...when cloaked your force run electricity trail can still be seen...so someone can track you while both your force run and cloak is active...
I confirmed this using two of my accounts...
