Found it on the GDP, got it before lockage
Go full expertise for sly lie and fast talk, do smuggler mission and use these abilitys on any npc that attacks, then 10 min buff for 100% dodge
It only works on smuggler mission npcs
might be nerfed with chapter 7 though
proof with ss

Well i think there is a fix for this on its way, but i thought everyone new this but still it's info for ppl who don't know so.

Nay, if it hasn't been fixed yet it definately will be soon as its all over the SWG forums. Also pretty common knowledge for any smuggler.
