1) Wait till you are knocked down.
2) Hit esc twice.
3) Hit knockdown recovery.
4) Whatever knock down exploit that was used on you will be null and void.

Knockdown exploit? Usually if you hit KD recov and stand the 'you cannot use knockdown recovery' bug is fixed.
