When you go to craft a lightsaber using a lightsaber crafting tool, fill your inventory up or just unequip whatever you are using as a pack so as to overload your inventory before the the craft phase countdown completes. the full/overloaded inventory will cause the saber to get stuck in the tool until space is cleared for it to be pulled out. drop the tool in a house, re-equip your pack, and add a friend to admin of the house. Have your friend pick up the crafting tool and remove the crafted saber.
@Zerox5
When an alt from ourself or friend doesnt have the luck of looting the "NO TRADE" special sabers at heroics or HK - Sher kar and u do or played for longer and got enough then its an real help.
Also for the hand spawn u can make many player happy with this trick
And offcourse for 5th generation saber, wich is hard to complete.

Hmm... I sat here trying to figure out what and why you could use this for a advantage in game! I came up with nothing. Would it not just be easier since you do have to pt your friend on admin to your house to pick it up to just give the materials to that other player and let them craft it??
I just dont find this one usefull or helpful. Now I might be wrong and if someone can point that out to me here ill be more then happy later to turn my /Nay into a /Yay but at this time I have to give this one a /Changed to a /Yay after the post bellow explained the usefulness of this one!

Big nay. Just tried it three times and it didn't work. Started the crafting process with 79 items in inventory. While having a full Bodo Bass belt with 65 items equiped, I equiped another bag that was in the house I was using. It made me over load my inventory with 145 items. When the timer ended, it placed the saber in my inventory while still overloaded. I now had 146 items in my inventory..
You guys seriously need to test this stuff before yay'ing. The guy above me gave it a yay and admitted he cant confirm it works.

I agree. Please do not give it a yay/nay unless you actually test it.
So right now we have 1 Nay and 0 Yays. Please somebody else test it and see if it works or not.

Since I do not play a Jedi on any of the live servers, I tested it on TC.
I did all the steps the OP mentioned, but it did not work for me. At the end of the crafting phase the produced saber was not stuck in the crafting tool, instead it was added to my inventory (even though it was on overload warning already).
so a /nay from me but maybe it works on live until GU10 is there too. Can't test it there.
