You have to be a civilian for this.
Go to Restuss, and keep driving/walking into the PvP zone. If you keep the move forward key down, it'll keep going in over and over and taking you back out. After about 5-10 times of it rubberbanding you out, it will warp you to the starport in Restuss.
Edit: I found a use for it, as I am a neutral BH. Say I'm hunting someone at the rebel/imperial base and I'm about to die. I rush into Restuss and warp back to the starport, and it gives me time to recuperate and attack again after healing and stuff.
Another edit: Some people have been saying it would take too long, but once I tried it and it only took me 3 rush-ins to get back in (around a second), but it is your decision. Just saying.
It can also help if you're taking BH missions from the Imp base, you can just run in to save time going back to the starport.
Edit: Funnelweb, if I can ask for a reason why that's a no? Sorry, just your answer of "Nay." without any explanation...

Interesting, but I'm not sure I see a usefulness to this.

yay. i will yay this because it does in fact rubberband you to the starport and if used at the right moment it can help you escape from being killed.

I'll nay this because too many things have to go right if you're gonna be able to make use of this.
1) Your mark has to stay near the border of the PvP zone and not enter...otherwise you wouldn't be able to chase
2) You have to complete the amount of rubberbanding before you get killed
If I see a blue dot that suddenly turns red...I'm definitely running into the PvP zone so that a) he can't follow if he's neutral or b) my friends can help kick the crap out of him if he's the opposite faction.
Your mark has to be an idiot for this to ever be useful.

Ok im going to say Nay to this to. although it works, its not very useful and its unlikely you will actually get to warp before you die unless you run away early and who is going to do that.
Simply because its works, is not enough for a Yay, it has to be useful too.
NORMAL Nay from me.
2 nays. 1 more needed for lock
2 yays. 1 more needed for confirm.
