Like the tactical foundry one? From what people tell me, that is the one "in the news" so to speak.

Installing Foundry Tactical CombatDownload the archived addon files using the link at the top of this post.
Navigate to My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/<client version>/Addons
The <client version> refers to either “live” or “pts”, as the different game servers use different installation directories
The “Addons” folder may not yet exist, if there is not an Addons folder already created, go ahead and make one
Extract the “FoundryTacticalCombat_<ver>.zip” files into this Addons folder.
Launch ESO, the addon should be automatically enabled. If not, from the character select menu or in-game you can hit Escape, and click Add-Ons to configure which detected addons are currently available to you.
You can easily disable FTC by unchecking it’s box in the add-ons menu. If you would like to uninstall the addon entirely, it is safe to simply delete the Foundry Tactical Combat folder from your Addons directory.
This is also the one that people are using to edit/customize it so that when a mob performs a blockable ability, it prints out a colored DOT on the screen that scripting software can read and auto perform the block. I'm sure we'll start to see a lot of things like that very soon.
