you wont see a reply from ta for a few hours. the reason why the information is required is because tault_admin has to be sure that you paid as he has no true idea how to be sure if you paid or not unless you give him the transaction id.
oops i replied to your post to say why the information was required but you only wanted an admin
i may not be an admin but i do know quite a bit of what to do. i would fix peoples problems like this if i had access but whatever, ill stop replying to your posts and wait for TA

I purchased the non-working premium yesterday and have sent 3 emails to the admin and still haven't had a reply. When can I have access to my account? I need this fixed. Since nobody seems to care about my freakin money except me can someone email me at dallasfan315@hotmail.com with some info about what the heck is goin on.

dont e-mail the admin as that is the slowest way to get in contact with someone. what you do is pm tault_admin and he will fix it as soon as he logs in and checks his pm's

So i payed the amount using a credit card, the option other than paypal, it said my payment was declined and i have a screen shot of it. And I also have a screen shot of my payment going through on my bank account website is not cleared at the moment but it is an intraday debt,did not recieve email nothing at all, as soon as the transaction is Clear on my bank will i get my priemum account or whats going on here? thanks for responses in advanced hope to be getting my priemum membership or will be canceling the payment through the bank.

ps i did send pm to tault_admin i would like to know why it said my payment was declined then my bank shows it? ... hopefully it gets straightended out soon thanks
edit: there is a screeny of payment decline but i do have screenie of payment in process if needed that i can send in PM.

I am recognized as a premium member but I can't acces any forums..
Why do you let members pay if they can't reach the forum they want Fix your site, and don't let any new members pay before this is fixed.

yet other people buy premium every day and not everyone has the problem. its just random bugs that pop up, every site has them
