I upgraded to premium membership but cannot view any of the premium forums. Did I miss a step?

pm tault_admin with your transaction id and what e-mail you paid from and it will be fixed within the next 72 hours max. usually within 12hours

Looks like the ongoing problem has still not been fixed. I don't know about others but when I pay for something I would like to start using it right away.

It should. Sometimes people hit the join now button multiple times which makes a security feature kick in. If you pm'd me it should be fixed.

this problem will always be here because its a bug ALL automated services have. people have bought their premium with no troubles yet some get this problem. all you can do is have tault_admin manually add you to the usergroup by giving him the information.

yes it is nice to start right away with stuff but again some people have the problem and others dont. when i bought mine before i got in with no problem with the billing system.

problem happens with credit card companys occasionally. you pay your bill with them, see the transaction in your bank account yet a few days later they send you a new bill along with a late fee because "you didnt send your money" which is bull because you dont have the money anymore. then you have to go through the trouble of sending them all the bank information and stuff and finally its fixed.
