Hi guys, Im sorry but my patience for some assistance is growing a little thin, thank you for the replies but it has yet solved my issue. When can I expect someone from billing to assist me with my problem so I can start using this site.

I replied to you awhile ago. PLease be patient we are upgrading alot. If you havent noticed :). We are doing stuff that for now is a pain but in the long run EVERYONE will love.
